A note about your deductible.....
I am finding in a lot of cases the insurance companies want you to pay for the full amount of the session until your deductible is met.
Please call member services on the back of your card to verify your benefits and copay if using insurance.
First/Intake appointments are the same as an hour of your insurance's reimbursement unless you know what your copay is. Please call the number on the back of your insurance to find out what your financial obligation is.
Counseling is like physical training for the brain, it can be engaging, challenging, and pain relieving. There will come a point when you have built the skills you need with me and you are ready to be done or move into more training for new skills.
I am happy to refer you to counselors that can meet your needs.
I only want you to find relief.
All insurance companies require a diagnosis for submission of billing. If you do not want your diagnosis disclosed to your insurance company, paying out of pocket will allow you to do this.

"Mental Health Collaborative at Casa de Salud has a mission to facilitate and deliver high-quality clinical and mental health care to the uninsured, with a special focus on the immigrant community. The Collaborative features low-cost counseling services, provided by a variety of on-site partners.
